It originates from traditional Ayurvedic practices in India and is designed to release tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. 
Marma points, similar to acupressure will be used alongside gentle stretches and your choice or light or firm pressure. 
The treatment can be performed oil free, if you would prefer a more traditional, invigorating treatment.
