Ania’s skills range from Medical massage, use of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Indian head, on-site/seated massage, kinesiology taping as well as Pregnancy and Postnatal massage. Most training she acquired from Jing Advanced Massage Training in Brighton and continues to add understanding of body mechanics and ways to improve her practice.
