About Me

I qualified as a Bsc Hons Integrated Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist in 2012. Since then, my passion extended to exercise health where I completed my Level 3 Personal Training and Fitness Pilates qualification. Within both practices, I was seeing a variety of people with musculoskeletal injuries without the ability to advise/treat them from an exercise therapy perspective. To offer more within my acupuncture practice and add an additional means of therapy, I studied injury rehabilitation, completing an Msc in Sports Therapy which enables me to assess, diagnose and treat those with injuries obtained from sports, occupation or hobby.

With a caring disposition, I have always been interested in improving health and wellbeing for others' to create happier, healthier lifestyles. Acupuncture has been really helpful to improve my overall wellbeing by alleviating stress, digestive issues and hormone imbalances. I like to maintain a healthy lifestyle by keeping active and maintaining a healthy diet (with a few treats now and again!).
