The Fine Balance
Acupuncture

Jack and Anita are highly qualified Acupuncturists and Chinese Medicine practitioners who believe that everyone is able to achieve optimum health in their life with the correct diagnosis, treatment and lifestyle advice. They believes no-one should have to accept chronic pain, mental health, sleep or digestive problems (or any other issues) for any period of time. Anita and Jack strive to get to the root of your symptoms and restore your underlying imbalance, so the body can start to heal itself from the inside out.

They studied at the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading for three and a half years to gain her Batchelor of Science and Licentiate qualifications. Jack and Anita are members of the British Acupuncture Council, so adhere to their highest standards of practice and ensures they meet their Continuing Professional Development requirements.
Anita is currently undertaking further training in Chinese Medicine Face Reading and Paediatric acupuncture as she hopes to open a children’s clinic this year.

The fine balance acupuncturists use single use, stainless steel, sterile acupuncture needles that are 0.2mm diameter (very fine) or smaller and they are silicone free. As well as other traditional Chinese techniques such as cupping, guasha, tuina and moxibustion if your diagnosis requires it.

Anita is also an experienced yoga teacher and can bring years of experience into the treatment room and can offer stretches and exercises which would be particularly beneficial for you.
